Hello AMA-LV Chapter Family,
I hope you are doing the best you can during these unprecedented times.
I am sure this comes as no surprise; with the cancellation of the National Association of Broadcasters Show, our scheduled speaker, Chris Brown, will not be traveling to Las Vegas.
As a result, and considering suggestions made by the CDC on limiting social gatherings of 50 people or more, our April 16 luncheon has been canceled.
Moving forward, our mission as a chapter will be to provide quality and relevant content during this period by posting more frequently on social media and on our blog.
As of now, the status of our May luncheon is uncertain, but we remain carefully optimistic. We will update you as soon as possible with more information once confirmed.
My heart goes out to those whose current employment status is uncertain. For those in the marketing world, please be sure to visit our jobs board in the coming weeks. The AMA-LV Board and I will be scouring the internet and reaching out to our partners and sponsors for any relevant job openings that we can post.
Lastly, stay vigilant! As a born and raised Las Vegas local, I have seen our city suffer and fall to its knees over the years; however, I always find comfort in knowing how tenacious and tough our city really is. We will be back and thriving before we know it!
All the best,
Jeremy Kadoich
