The live entertainment industry is a highly competitive and dynamic market, where effective marketing strategies can make all the difference in driving ticket sales and creating a memorable experience for fans.
This program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the live entertainment industry and the tools and techniques needed to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Participants will learn about the various aspects of entertainment marketing, including audience research and segmentation, social media marketing, influencer marketing, and advertising. They will gain insights into the latest industry trends and best practices, as well as learn about the event production process, including venue selection, stage design, sound, lighting, and other logistical considerations. They will explore the different types of entertainment events, from small-scale shows to large festivals, and how marketing strategies differ based on the type of event and the target audience.
By the end of the program, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of the live entertainment industry and the tools and strategies needed to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales and create memorable experiences for fans.

KRISTA – Executive Director of Entertainment Marketing for MGM Resorts International
Krista Tandy is the Executive Director of Entertainment Marketing for MGM Resorts International. She leads marketing strategies for concerts, residencies, sports and events in T-Mobile Arena, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Michelob Ultra Arena, Dolby Live and 15+ production shows within the company’s portfolio. Krista manages internal and partner relationships and has a focus on leveraging the size and scale of the entertainment organization to cross sell and promote multiple events and programs. Krista is a UNLV graduate with over 15 years of event and hospitality experience. She started her career at Mandalay Bay as a Marketing Intern and has served in numerous positions within the organization, including various roles at Mandalay Bay, The Mirage, Bellagio and the Corporate Account Services team. In that time Krista worked on a wide range of property brand campaigns, attractions, food and beverage and hotel openings.
TIFFANY – Senior Marketing Director, Allegiant Stadium
Tiffany Miller (Bosman) is a marketing and events professional with 15+ years of progressive experience in the entertainment, nightlife, music, and sports industries of Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami and New Orleans.
In her current role as Senior Marketing Director at Allegiant Stadium – a 65,000 capacity state-of-the-art multipurpose venue home to the Las Vegas Raiders, UNLV Rebels Football and countless world-class concert and sporting events – she oversees Marketing, PR and Social Media strategy with her team to maximize impact and visibility of these events. She also works directly with the facility’s Sustainability and Community departments to support the important work they are doing within the local community and beyond. Noteworthy events that Miller has been a part of while at Allegiant Stadium include The Rolling Stones, BTS, The Weeknd, Elton John, Taylor Swift, NFL Pro Bowl, and more with upcoming events including Beyonce, P!NK, Ed Sheeran, Concacaf Nations League, and Super Bowl LVIII with more to be announced.
Prior to her time with Allegiant Stadium, Miller was with AEG Presents Las Vegas as Director of Marketing overseeing concerts and events from 1,400 to 65,000 capacities, ranging from one-off events to limited engagements and residencies across multiple genres at various venues throughout the entertainment capital of the world including Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas, The Theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Michelob Ultra Arena, T-Mobile Arena, Allegiant Stadium and more.
Miller began her career in music as a teenager in her hometown of Detroit, interning for Clear Channel and running her college radio station. Eventually relocating to Las Vegas, she worked with prolific day/nightlife teams at Palms Casino Resort and Hard Rock Las Vegas before moving to Los Angeles as DJ Paul Oakenfold’s Director of Operations. She also spent time in Miami opening mega-club E11EVEN and in New Orleans leading marketing for BUKU Music + Art Project before returning to Las Vegas to head Marketing for Drai’s Dayclub, Nightclub and After Hours.
AMANDA – SVP Las Vegas Residencies at Live Nation Entertainment
Amanda Moore has been a major force in entertainment in Las Vegas and beyond since 2001. As SVP of Las Vegas Residencies for Live Nation she is responsible for over 600 events annually at the city’s top venues including Dolby Live at Park MGM, The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino (formerly Zappos Theater), T-Mobile Arena, Mandalay Bay Events Center, MGM Grand Garden Arena, and the Venetian Theater, among others.
During her tenure at Live Nation Las Vegas, Moore has helped change the city’s tourism dynamic by successfully launching residencies from the world’s greatest artists, including Usher, Adele, Garth Brooks, Lady Gaga, Aerosmith, Gwen Stefani, Shania Twain, Janet Jackson, Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban, Mariah Carey, Sting, Bruno Mars, Backstreet Boys, Lionel Richie, Jennifer Lopez, and dozens more.
Prior to joining Live Nation, Moore worked for AEG in Nashville and then Las Vegas. She began her career in radio promotions spending six years developing new artists in the rock and alternative radio genres. In 2006, Moore went to work for her longtime mentor, Kevin Lyman, producer of Vans Warped Tour, Taste of Chaos and Mayhem Festival, where she spent the next several years. In her time with Lyman, the quick study would assume various responsibilities across marketing, operations, publicity, and artist relations for all tours. Her passion and skills then took her to Atlantic Records, where she oversaw tour marketing for a roster of over 30 artists, followed by AEG Nashville, where she spent two years before moving to Las Vegas.
Moore has also been instrumental in integrating local nonprofits and causes into residencies, coordinating partnerships with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada, Cure 4 The Kids Foundation, The Shade Tree, The Animal Foundation, Nevada Ballet Theater, and many others. She currently sits on the board of Nevada Public Radio and Nevada Ballet Theater as well as several advisory committees. In 2017 Moore was honored as one of VEGAS INC’s “40 Under 40” and was put on the cover of Las Vegas Weekly’s “Women Of Intrigue” issue recognizing the most influential women in Las Vegas’s dynamic entertainment landscape.
