Ben Laifsky is a seasoned marketing strategist, product innovator, and entrepreneurial leader with over two decades of experience helping brands grow, connect, and convert. As CEO and founder of Hunter Marketing, a premier Las Vegas-based digital agency, Ben has built a reputation for delivering high-impact marketing solutions that are as visually compelling as they are results-driven.

Leah Martin

Leah is a highly accomplished attorney with a strong academic and professional background. She graduated summa cum laude from UNLV with degrees in Environmental Studies and Political Science, and again from UNLV’s Boyd School of Law in 2002, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Nevada Law Journal and recognized as the Outstanding Graduate.

She began her legal career at Lionel Sawyer & Collins, Nevada’s largest firm at the time, and later joined Bailey Kennedy, gaining deep experience in business law. In 2011, she launched her own firm, where she specializes in a wide range of business legal services, including entity formation, contracts, litigation, and appeals.

Leah has a strong commitment to legal education and service. She has been a Nevada Bar Exam grader, a civil practice manual editor, a teaching assistant, and a community service leader. She also serves as an arbitrator and remains actively involved in numerous legal and civic organizations.

She is licensed to practice in Nevada and Arizona, as well as federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit. Leah balances her professional life with active involvement in the community and family life, and continues to lead as the managing partner of her own successful law firm.

Geoff Radcliffe

Geoffrey Radcliffe is a dynamic team leader and visionary business marketing strategist with nearly 30 years marketing experience he brings his proven track record to Michaelson Law as the Chief Marketing officer.

He excels in leveraging competitive analysis and innovative marketing tactics to achieve award-winning results. As Chief Marketing Officer at Michaelson Law in Henderson, Nevada, Geoffrey is committed to driving the firm to new heights of success.

Since launching Hunter Marketing in 2013, Ben has led campaigns for clients across a range of industries—from law and hospitality to real estate and tech—helping local and national brands rise to market leadership through thoughtful strategy, cutting-edge design, and an unshakable commitment to authenticity. Before joining Michaelson Law, Geoffrey owned and operated a successful digital marketing agency for 11 years. He has also worked in the startup sector acting as a founder and board member for many companies. His ability to identify business and marketing opportunities, driven by a natural curiosity (a self-proclaimed life-long learner), has been key to his success.

Geoffrey earned his degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2001, where he studied Physics, Business, and Public Relations.

C. Jared Clark 

C. Jared Clark earned his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law (“TJSL”) in San Diego, California, where he graduated cum laude, and his Bachelor of Science, Pre-Professional Biology, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. During his studies at TJSL, Jared also attended TJSL’s international studies through the Faculté de Droit de I’Universiteé de Nice located in Nice, France.

While obtaining his law school education, Jared remained exceptionally active in San Diego’s legal community. Jared had the honor of interning for the Honorable John A. Houston, U.S. Federal Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. In addition, Jared was also selected to intern for the San Diego Public Defender’s office, where he assisted indigent and underprivileged clients with misdemeanors and serious felony cases.

Jared is currently a member of the State Bar of Nevada, American Bar Association, and Nevada Justice Associations. He is admitted to practice in state courts in all of Nevada.

Jared has been a resident of Nevada since 1988 and is committed to serving his community by providing exceptional legal services to victims who the carelessness and negligence of others has injured.
