Gretchen Papez

Gretchen Papez is the director of PR and media for The Valley Health System, and also oversees marketing for Summerlin and Spring Valley hospitals in Las Vegas and Desert View Hospital in Pahrump. She has spent almost 25 of her 30 year career working in healthcare PR and marketing and is grateful for the variety in her  work life and the amazing coworkers, patients, families, physicians and community partners she has met along the way. She earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations from Illinois State University, a master’s degree in health care administration from the University of Arizona Global Campus (formerly Ashford University), and the Accreditation in Public Relations certification. She is a co-chair of the Las Vegas APR Ready to Roll program for members working on their accreditation.

Lisa Santwer

Lisa Santwer is vice president of marketing and communications for Comprehensive Cancer Centers where she oversees marketing, communications and government affairs for the multi-specialty practice. Santwer’s career highlights include completely rebranding the practice, producing many new advertising campaigns most recently with Alex Tuch and Shea Theodore from the Vegas Golden Knights, and marketing the launch of new divisions, recruitment of several highly qualified physicians to the practice and cutting-edge research trials. She’s also spearheaded key outreach initiatives for Comprehensive, including health care related scholarships and free sunscreen partnerships throughout the community. She currently serves on Candlelighters’ board and is Board Chair for 2020 and 2021. A Leadership Las Vegas graduate, Santwer served as past Curriculum Chair in 2018 and 2019. Santwer was recognized by Greenspun Media Group as a Woman to Watch in 2019, she also sits on various boards and/or councils with Las Vegas HEALS, UNLV College of Science and Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance.

Regina Vaccari

Regina Vaccari is a marketing and public relations expert with a career spanning more than two decades focused on strategizing with healthcare organizations, non-profits, educational institutions and corporate businesses to meet their marketing and communications goals. Regina currently serves as senior director of community engagement and growth for P3 Health Partners – a national population health management company that serves more than 60,000 Medicare Advantage members across four states. Prior to joining P3 Health Partners, Regina utilized her knowledge and background in strategic communications to drive growth for clients such as the Asante Foundation, Southern Oregon Winery Association, Healthy Oregon, the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, the UNLV Foundation, Truckee Meadows Water Authority and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. Regina graduated with a degree in journalism with an emphasis in public relations from the University of Nevada, Reno and sits on the board of directors for the YMCA of Southern Nevada. Originally from Anchorage, Alaska, Regina loves exploring the outdoors – hiking, biking and camping in the scenic southwest with her husband and two children.
